TD Onsite provides the same services as TD Enhanced but with the additional value of unlimited onsite support included. After listening to our clients, who wanted to manage their costs, this service enables them to focus on running their business instead of their budget.
Both of these services are based on the main business systems, however we are able to extend this service to monitor and manage every device on your network including printers, desktop computers etc. We have found that this service drastically improves desktop user productivity, as we are easily able to resolve desktop and printing issues. As an added bonus, we will manage your asset register of IT equipment if required.
