TD Enhanced gives you unlimited access to telephone and VPN support plus 24/7 monitoring of your servers and monthly reports to ensure that your key business systems are working at their best and that all patches and updates have been completed.
This is a proactive support service, Tiedata will be alerted to possible problems and fix them, in most cases before you are aware that a problem could occur! We also realise how important the backup of your business critical data is, and part of our service will be to periodically test your back-ups by restoring data to ensure your back-ups are working correctly.
As part of our support service you will be allocated a dedicated Technical Account Manager who will provide a similar service to having your own dedicated IT manager within your business.
TD Enhanced is available in two variations depending on your business requirements
TD Enhanced Standard Edition - We will monitor up to 10 devices on your network.
TD Enhanced Premium Edition - We will monitor up to 254 devices on your network.
