TD Prepay is our alternative support service, specifically designed for companies who don't want to commit to an annual support contract yet still need occasional technical support, or to complement their existing support package.

Simply purchase your Prepaid minutes from us. These are then exchanged for technical support as and when you need it. When you run out, you simply buy more minutes.

You can use your minutes for almost any type of technical support query and we will do our best to help you. You can get help via email, telephone and remote and onsite assistance.
