To provide the best support to our customers, we only recruit service engineers with at least 5 years hands-on commercial experience who have strong technical backgrounds. All new customers are visited by an advisor to discover more about their business, identify the long-term IT requirements and strategies, determine the company vision and compile a structured ICT business report.
